Accessing JED

JED is the Job Explorer Database. It asks a series of questions and then depending on the responses will give a list of suitable career options.

1. Log on to Blackboard in the normal way

2. Click on the LRC tab

3. Scroll down, on the right click on the careers software link

4. On the left navigation pane click on 'careers software'

5. Scroll down until you see the JED icon. Click on that.

6. This opens JED - start by clicking the 'Suits Me Quiz'

You can access the sit from home - by clicking here. You will need a password and a username. These can be found on Blackboard at step 5 above.
